Girl's water polo for the 2000-2001 season has just wrapped up the league play.  Final tally at the end of regular season play:

• Novice - Undefeated in League Play

• Frosh/Soph - League Champions!  Undefeated in league play.

• Junior Varsity - League Champions! Also undefeated in league play. 

• Varsity - 2nd Place in League, with a 4 and 1 record.  The girls will advance into playoffs, with first games late next week.  More information as this becomes available.

And the Records are Falling!

And the records continue to fall:

• Ke'ala Carter continues to demolish the ET record for most goals in a single season.  Ke'ala has now scored 81 goals this season, beating the original record by Kristin Miller with 75 goals, set in the 1997 season.

• Just today, Ke'ala beat the 1999 record of most assists in a single season, with 35 assists.  Previous record was held by Lindy Gill, with 34 assists.

• Varsity Team goal for most goals in a single season has now been set at 258 goals.  Previous record was set in 2000, with 227 goals score. (And we still have playoffs!)

• And the record for most wins in a single season as well at 21 games.  Previous record was set in the 1998 season, and tied in the 2000 season at 19.
